What’s included in the design fee vs. extra?
The fee covers our time, expertise, and management. Furnishings, materials, and any construction are budgeted separately — you own those purchases directly, and we keep the numbers fully transparent throughout.
Do I need a set budget before we talk?
A rough range helps, but it’s fine if you’re still figuring it out. Part of the discovery call is helping you understand what’s realistic for your goals and space.
How long does a full-home project take?
Most whole-home projects run six to nine months from concept to reveal, depending on scope and lead times. Room refreshes are typically six to ten weeks.
Do you work outside Boulder?
Yes — we serve homeowners across the Front Range, including Denver, Lyons, Nederland, and the surrounding foothills. Travel beyond that is quoted case by case.
